The Scottie boys won three of three games last week with victories over Harlem, Sidney and Fairview. Glasgow started the weekend Jan. 23 with a 59-45 win over Harlem. They downed the Eagles 70-39 the following night and closed out Jan. 25 with a 52-42 win over the Warriors in Fairview.
The Scotties held the Wildcats to 7 points in each of the first and second quarters while scoring 13 and 14 for a 27-14 lead at the half. Glasgow outpaced Harlem 14-12 in the third while giving up a point in the fourth, 19-18, for the 59-45 win.
Myles Yoakam led the Scotties with 20 points followed by Cade Hudyma with 13 and Wyatt Babb 11 points. Grady Nielsen added 8, Connor Hudyma 5, Cash Stulc 4 and Trey Graham 3 points. Nick Solorzano, Wyatt Sugg and Jackson Abern both scored 2 points. Babb led in assists with six while Yoakam had three helpers. Nielsen and Connor Hudyma both had two assists while Sugg and Solorzano had one assist a piece.
Nielsen pulled down seven rebounds, Cade Hudyma six, Babb five and Yoakam four boards. Sugg, Gage Waarvik and Connor Hudyma all grabbed three while Solorzano and Graham both had two rebounds. Davis Tolzien, Abern and Stulc pulled down one each. Babb and Nielsen both had two steals as Noah Runner and Solorzano had one takeaway each. Cade Hudyma had three blocks while Yoakam knocked down one shot.

However, in the match against Sidney, Babb led Glasgow with 22 points while Solorzano, Yoakam and Cade Hudyma all hit for 10 points. Connor Hudyma scored 4 followed by Nielsen with 2 and Stulc with 1 point. Babb and Nielsen both had four assists followed by Connor Hudyma with three, Yoakam with two, and Solorzano with one helper.
Cade Hudyma grabbed 12 rebounds followed by Nielsen with nine. Solorzano pulled down six boards, Babb five, Yoakam three, Connor Hudyma two, and Runner and Abern one each. Nieslen had two steals while Babb, Solorzano and Cade Hudyma had one a piece. Cade Hudyma had three blocks and Yoakam had one.
The Scotties took a 1-point lead in the first 8 minutes in Fairview, 15-14, and led 31-23 at the half. They outscored the Warriors 8-4 in the third and fended off a 15-13 Fairview run in the fourth for the 52-42 win.
Cade Hudyma poured in 34 points to lead all scorers. Nielsen hit for 9 and Yoakam added 4 points. Runner scored 3 and Connor Hudyma 2 points. Babb and Solorzano both had two assists and Yoakam added one helper.
Cade Hudyma notched the double-double with 13 rebounds. Nielsen pulled down eight, Yoakam seven and Connor Hudyma five rebounds. Babb, Sugg and Solorzano had two each while Runner had one board. Nielsen, Yoakam and Connor Hudyma each had one steal.
JV
The Scottie JV boys also posted three wins. They beat Harlem 58-46, defeated Sidney 56-23 and downed Fairview 73-9.
Stulc and Tolzien led Glasgow against Harlem with 15 each while Waarvik scored 14 points. Abern hit for 10 while Gage Larsen and Graham both scored 2 points.
Waarvik led the team against Sidney with 16 points while Stulc and Graham both hit for 10 points. Tolzien scored 5 as Abern and Sugg hit for 4 each.
Abern paced Glasgow against Fairview with 15 followed by Sulc with 13, Rolzien with 12 and Graham with 11 points. Sugg and Lukas Tatafu scored 8 each as Waarvik hit for 5 points.
Glasgow hosts the Wolf Point Wolves Friday, Jan. 31, with games beginning at 3 p.m. The Scotties will be in Rocky Boy Saturday, Feb. 1, to take on the Northern Stars beginning at 11:30 a.m.
