Serving Proudly As The Voice Of Valley County Since 1913
The Lucky Clover 4H meeting was called to order by Jadeen. Elise shared club history and a little bit of how all the states do 4H. Lucky Clover members went door to door selling 4H wreaths. We voted to donate a wreath to Nashua School and Nashua Senior Center. We will do a 4H float in the Parade of Lights on Dec. 7.
Bronwin had us play a game with fruit to represent our offices in 4H and we got to make a fruit salad. We welcomed a new family to our 4H club- the Vigils. And we will accept any new families willing to join.
Awards and Recognition Day was right after our meeting at St. Raphael’s Church. We also had a taco bar and did a progressive painting project at awards.
Winter Fun Day is tentatively scheduled for Friday, Dec. 27. Beef tagging and weigh-ins will be Dec. 1 at the Stock Yards.
