Thursday the Mavericks took on the Bainville Bulldogs in Saco. It was a conference matchup for both teams. Bainville being 4-0 and the Mavericks 3-1. The Mavericks came away with a dominating win in three sets.

Saturday the Mavericks took part in the Choteau Mid Season Tourney where they played 3 class B schools Jefferson, Malta, and Choteau, and the Class C competitor Belt Huskies. The Mavericks didn’t come away with a win in any of the sets we played out of 8 but we were right there with some solid teams who have had some state experience the last few years.
