Two Citations Issued During VCSO Compliance Checks

Valley County Sheriff Tom Boyer stated that earlier this month Valley County Sheriff’s Office conducted 33 compliance checks on Valley County businesses that sell alcohol and two violations were reported from those checks.

Both violations occurred at establishments within the city limits of Glasgow and citations were issued. Sheriff Boyer has stated that law enforcement officials are running the checks to help businesses avoid liquor law violations as well as help combat the underage drinking problem that occurs throughout Montana.
