Understanding Your Grief Support Group

This group is based on Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s “Understanding Your Grief “ a 12-week program. In this group, participants will learn the Ten Touchstones or principles and actions to take in order to help yourself engage with your grief and create momentum toward healing.
