Stephanie Rose Johnston

Stephanie Rose Johnston (Thunder Plume Woman "WOHISHTE OTI WIYA") age 20, started the whip for the long trip on Thursday, July 25, 2024. It's such a tragedy to lose a beautiful soul at such a young age.

Stephanie was born on April 28, 2004, in Wolf Point, Mont., to Francis M (Frank) Johnston and Ashlee Packineau. She had so much potential .. not only was she beautiful but she was always full of laughter & never had a dull moment.

Stephi loved being a hermit along with all her siblings most of all.. her #1 (her dad). If she wasn't doing TikTok's or Musicaly she was always in the mirror getting ready for all her selfies. Steph was also a social butterfly who loved bumpin' good music and having long talks with her dad. Anytime a room was quiet she filled it with laughter and great vibes. She left an imprint on anyone she crossed paths with. In the words of Stephy, "you know damn well" she will be loved and missed dearly. Gone but never forgotten.

She survived by Francis Johnston (Her Day One/Dad/#1); Ashlee R Packineau (Mother); Kolten Dubious (Brother); Tionna Johnston (Sister); Na'lena Jackson (Niece); Frank Johnston (Brother); Nijel Johnston (Brother); Francis Johnston (Brother); Easton Clampitt (Brother); Jorian WhiteHawk (Brother); and Aria Clampitt (Sister).

Proceeded in death by her grandparents, Willis and Cheryl Packineau.

A wake was held Aug. 1, 5 p.m., on 713 W . Dayton. The Funeral services were Aug. 2, 2 p.m., at the Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel followed by dinner at Beauchamp Building on 1st and East Dawson.

Pallbearers were Kolten Dubious, Tionna Johnston, Frank Johnston, Nijel Johnston, Tarryn Lilley and Neddie Johnston.

Condolences may be left at bellmortuarymontana.com.
