Sandra 'Sandi' Gardner

Sandra "Sandi" Gail (DeSonia) Gardner, 81, of Glasgow, Mont., passed away Friday, July 6, 2024, at her home.

As per Sandi's request cremation has taken place.

A Celebration of Her Life will be held 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 10, at the Glasgow Evangelical Church, Glasgow, Mont., with Pastor Seth Runner officiating. Burial will be in the Highland Cemetery.

A luncheon will be hosted by the Evangelical Church Ladies following the burial.

Sandi was born Jan. 17, 1943, to Charles H. and Wanda A. (Utgaard) DeSonia in Minneapolis, Minn. She attended Dawson High School in Glendive, Mont., and went on to attend Beautician School in Missoula, Mont.

Sandi married Marvin Gardner in 1962 in Glasgow and the couple made their home in the Glasgow Community or at the Farm near Richland.

She enjoyed arts and crafts. She will be remembered for her baking and her contagious smile. She loved her Lord and Savior and the people in her life. Her favorite job was the one at The 5th Avenue Pharmacy at FMDH.

Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband; and two brothers, Dennis and Boyd.

Sandi is survived by her brother, Roger DeSonia; sons Garret Gardner, Dallas (Bridget) Gardner, Corey (Jodi) Gardner and Shane (Char) Gardner; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
