Climbing The Pole To Raise The Flags

US Navy veteran Todd Ross traveled to Fort Peck on June 28 to fix two of the flags at the Northeast Montana Veterans Memorial. In between rainy weather patterns, Ross fixed the American flag pole's cable and climbed the POW flagpole to fix the damaged ball on top. It was sure a sight to see for those driving by as Ross literally climbed the POW flag pole to get everything fixed for the Memorial.

Ross started the company Raising Freedom, after being tired of seeing flagpoles with no flags on them. A majority of the poles were on top of buildings where an average crane could not reach.

With over 500 flagpoles climbed Ross, has repaired, painted, cleaned and installed poles throughout the country.
