Alive At Five July 17

The Glasgow Downtown Association is putting on the second Alive at Five event Wednesday, July 17, in front of Elle Boutique, 114 5th St., Glasgow.

The Fire Truck Pull competition will start at 6:30 p.m. with the Glasgow High Schools students and Milk River Star athlete Shawn Garwood against Valley County High School students and Milk River Star athlete Cari Knowles. The goal is to pull a fire truck 75 feet faster than the opponent.

The winner will move on to the final in September against the Fire Departments and August’s winner of Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital staff versus Chamber members.
