The Valley County Pioneer Museum had a couple of guests on June 4. First was Sandra Farrell discussing and signing her new book "Prairie Dust The Life and Times Of Fremont Gideon" in the afternoon. Following that program in the evening was Neal Lewing presenting "Singing The Westward Legacy," folk music and the opening of the west from Lewis and Clerk to Custer. After the evening program, Farrell, along with her husband, Dick, went to Pipers Bar and Casino on Highway 2 to play their bagpipes, honoring the Scottish tradition here in Glasgow.
