St. Raphael’s Rummage Sale is scheduled for June 20 through 22. They are now accepting donations for the sale. Donations can be dropped off at the Parish Center from Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. through 4 p.m. and place them on the stage. The last day of drop offs will be Monday, June 3.

12:30 – 2 p.m. – Celebrate National Hamburger Month at Nemont Manor at their Open House. Join them for burgers and stay for an afternoon game event.

7 p.m. – Glasgow Swing Choir Spring Show and Fundraiser at the Glasgow High School Auditorium. Admission is $3.

8 – 10 p.m. – Catfish Tournament Calcutta.

Saturday, June 1

8 a.m. – Catfish Crawl 1 mile & 5K Walk/Run. Starts and ends at Busted Knuckle taproom. Registration begins at 8 a.m., 1 mile walk/run begins at 9 a.m., with the 5K Walk/Run beginning at 9:15 a.m.

10 a.m. – 2 p.m. – Schools Out Carnival at the NEMT Children’s Museum. There will be free admission to the museum. Join us for lots of fun including water slides, games, prizes and face painting. Purchase of tickets are required for waterslides and games.

11 a.m. – Cornhole Tournament in front of the Glasgow Elks Club. Sign up begins at 11 a.m., with the tournament starting at noon.

4 p.m. – Mandatory Rules Meeting for the Catfish tournament

5 p.m. - Glasgow City Council regular meeting at the Council Chambers located inside of the Glasgow Civic Center.

Tuesday, June 4

OB Pre-Registration at FMDH. Providers ask that you come and sit with a nurse to complete all the necessary paperwork and consent for admission before your baby is delivered. Stop by the FMDH Nurses’ station to get everything filled out.

2 – 4 p.m. - Sandra Farrell will be at the Valley County Pioneer Museum to discuss and sign her new book “Prairie Dust, The Life and Times of Fremont Gideon.”

7 p.m. - Neal Lewing presents “Singing The Westward Legacy,” folk music and the opening of the west from Lewis & Clark to Custer. Join us at the Valley County Pioneer Museum for a night of music, history and a few laughs.

Wednesday, June 5

9 a.m. – Valley County Compensation Board will meet in the Valley County Law Library to consider salary proposals to elected officials for FY 2024/2025.

Thursday, June 6

Free Hearing Clinic at the Court St. Building, 334 W. Court Street, Glasgow. This clinic is by appointment only by contacting 888-698-5480.

5:30 p.m. – Mental Health Awareness Walk. The walk will start at the Valley Event Center and end at the Hands of Hope Mural site. Valley Transit will provide rides back to the Event Center.
