Serving Proudly As The Voice Of Valley County Since 1913
Valley County HOPE Project will be launching their “Hearts Of Hope” Campaign on Valentine’s Day! This is based on the previous luminary idea, but with a new twist. Instead of selling luminary bags, we will be selling 8” wooden hearts. A heart can be purchased for $10 in memory or in honor of a friend or loved one. We have also added a third choice – service/military men and women.
The Hearts of Hope campaign will run now through Memorial Day weekend. All hearts sold will be on display the entire month of May in downtown Glasgow at Heritage Park, located on the corner of 1st Ave. South and 4th Street.
The order forms are available at the Chamber of Commerce office, Expressions or from any borad member: Willie Plouffe, Darla Larson, Karla Zerbe, Becky Ozark and Stacey Reddies. You may Venmo @VCHope or make your checks payable to Valley County HOPE Project, and mail your form along with payment to PO Box 764, Glasgow, MT 59230.
The first person to purchase 10 hearts will win a small ice cream cake from Dairy Queen!
Our mission is to give financial support to residents of Valley County who are experiencing financial difficulties due to medical/health situations. We are grateful and thankful for you participating in this fundraiser!
Upcoming events to watch for are Night of Hope, April 19, at St. Raphael’s and the Luau by the Lake on July 19th.
