Robert "Bob" Henry Baillargeon, of Glasgow, Mont., passed away peacefully at Billings Clinic, in Billings, Mont., on Sunday, Jan. 28, 2024, at age 76.
Bob was born on Oct. 30, 1947, in Norwich, Conn., to Robert George and Theresa Baillargeon. He was one of five children and is remembered by his sisters, Patricia (Vincent) Palladino, Janice (Brian) Jastrzebski and Linda (Richard) Paradis and brother Richard Baillargeon.
Bob graduated from Killingly High School in 1967 and then dedicated the next four years to serve his country in the United States Air Force. During this time, Bob worked with security service dogs, which he enjoyed. After returning, he met the love of his life, Sharon Shepard Baillargeon, in Great Falls, Mont. They married in the summer of 1971 and started a family with two children, Julie and Robert.
During his career, he worked in security and corrections for the Montana State Prison and in Valley County as well as owned a weed spraying business. In his spare time, he enjoyed to spend time with his family, friends and their three dogs.
Bob is survived by his wife of 52 years, Sharon, and their two children, Julie Comer and Robert Wesley Baillargeon. Robert was beloved by four grandchildren, Makkell, Braden, Aliya and Karissa; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
