Serving Proudly As The Voice Of Valley County Since 1913
The Glasgow City-County Library (GCCL) continues the Monthly Reading Challenge in 2024. The goals for the monthly reading challenge are to inspire, try new genres and authors, explore unfamiliar territory, and expand your love of reading! This program is funded by the Valley County Friends of the Library.
How to participate:
Each month complete the challenge by reading a book based on the theme then submit a short review/form to GCCL via our website: http://www.glasgowlibrary.org/lead-collection
If you cannot submit online, that is OK. Give us a call or write down the needed information and it drop off at the library.
With each reading challenge submission, you will be entered into a monthly raffle for a $10 gift card from a Valley County business.
To be eligible for the monthly gift card prize, challenge submissions must be turned in by the last day of every month. You will need to include the title, author, rating of the book, contact information - name and phone number.
A grand prize raffle will be held at the end of the year. This means that each monthly submission will automatically enter you in for the grand prize. The more months you participate, the bigger your odds of winning the grand prize! The grand prize winner will be announced the first week of January 2025.
Registration is not required, and the program is open to all citizens of Valley County.
