The Scottie boys downed the Wolf Point Wolves 62-54 in Glasgow Dec. 21 before dropping a 75-71 contest to the Morning Stars in Rocky Boy the following night.
Glasgow fought off a Wolf Point comeback in the second half after leading 18-14 after one and 35-20 at the half. The Wolves outscored the Scotties 22-19 in the third and 12-8 in the fourth, allowing Glasgow the 8-point win.
Cade Hudyma led all scorers with 29 points. Wyatt Babb connected for 16 and Myles Yoakam added 13 points. Nick Solorzano and Toryn Richards scored 2 points each.
Hudyma and Babb both notched double-doubles in the win, with Hudyma pulling down 16 rebounds and Babb 14 boards. Solorzano had five rebounds, Yoakam four, Richards three and Connor Hudyma one board. Babb also led in assists with four while Yoakam had three and Richards two helpers. Ca. Hudyma and Solorzano had one assist each.
Richards and Babb both had two steals with Co. Hudyma, Yoakam and Ca. Hudyma snagging one each.
The Scottie JV team won their game against Wolf Point 42-41. Trey Graham led the team with 11 points. Noah Runner and Davis Tolzien both hit for 8 points. Wyatt Sugg scored 7 and Andy Hanson and Gage Waarvik hit for 2 each.

The Scotties return to action Friday, Jan. 5, 2024, when they host the Class A Glendive Red Devils for C, JV and varsity action beginning at 3 p.m. in Scottie gymnasium. Saturday, Jan. 6, 2024, Glasgow will be in Malta for C, JV and varsity games.
