Thunder Win Six Events in Harlem

Take 20 Top Five Places

The Thunder attended swim meets in Roundup and Cut Bank June 24 and 25 then traveled to Harlem this past weekend. Glasgow took 10 top five slots in Roundup with four first-place showings. They earned eight top five finishes in Cut Bank with three first places. The GKST brought home 20 top five performances from Harlem with six first-place trophies.

"We swam well at all three meets," said Head Coach Ethan Shrader. "Nik Kulczyk won the 50 back and breast in Harlem, and took second in the 50 free style. Kila Tatafu swam great [in] Roundup and won all three of her events, earning her high points. She dropped time in both the 25 fly and the 25 breast. Kimber Dulaney swam great in the 400 free and dropped 10 seconds at the Cut Bank meet, while Abigail Kulczyk swam 6 seconds faster than her best time in the 200 I.M. at the Cut Bank meet. Overall, I believe we are having a great year, and cannot wait to see the progress continue."

GKST will attend the Sidney Invitational this Saturday and Sunday, July 8 and 9.
