Lucky Clover 4-H May Meeting

The Lucky Clover 4-H club met at the Senior Citizens Center on May 7. There were no demonstrations today but there were a lot of dates to talk about.

The horse assessments are on May 10, 20, 24. Your last day to sign up for 4-H camp is May 19. The 4-H camp itself is on June 13 to 15. The VFW steak fry is on May 26, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m.

May 31 is your due date to drop a project. The horse identification is on June 1. We are planting flowers, cleaning up the dump, and doing highway cleanup on June 7, at 7:30 a.m.

AQA is on June 20. The ranch horse clinic is on July 1 and 2. The 4-H horse show is on July 27 through 29. The fair is on Aug. 9 through 12. To participate in the fair or horse show you need to do two county events, seven club community service hours, and three county community service hours.

The Lucky Clover 4-H club is requesting Folgers coffee containers.

The next meeting is on July 9, 5 p.m.
