Glasgow Kiwanis BUG Recognizes Glasgow Middle School Students

Twenty students from grades six through eight were recognized on March 30 for the Kiwanis BUG (Bring Up Grades) Awards for bringing up their grades between the second and third grading periods.

Each student was presented with certificates and served ice cream by by the Glasgow Kiwanis Club assisted by Glasgow Middle School Principal Mike Zoanni and Builders Club members Mia Peterson and Aspen Probert. Glasgow Kiwanis President Wade Sundby and Secretary Dr. Charles Wilson presented the certificates.

This is an ongoing recognition program by Kiwanis International for students who brought up at least one grade without any dropping between the two grading periods.

Sixth students students who qualified were Kylie Aho, Gabriel Allen, Grace Cornwell, David Flaten, Bryant Green, Nickolas Kulczyk, Breelyn Marsalek, Tay Morehouse and Maiyah Plummer.

Seventh grade students who qualified were Easton Kalinski, Kolby Marsh and Cash Stulc.

Eighth grade students who qualified were Gryffen Collins, Ethan Engstrom, Cade Hudyma, Holly Kolstad, Gage Larsen, Treighton Morin, Chezney Olson and Emersyn Tofte.
