Junior Ref Clinic

On March 18, at Fairfield High School, the first ever Montana Junior Ref Clinic for Basketball will be held.

Boys and Girls in grades six through 12 are encouraged to attend and learn to officiate.

There will be NO cost for participation for JR Referees who attend the clinic.

All information and a registration link can be found on this webpage:  http://www.fairfieldeagles.com/refclinic

Cost is free. Fairfield is looking for sponsors to help with the following:

1. Free Clinic for kids

2. Pay kids for reffing a couple games

3. Pay MOA’s for their time and professional help.

JR CLINIC Registrants will have a 1 hour clinic starting at 8 a.m. and will ref real games from 9 a.m. Until 8 p.m. in rotations.

JR. CLINIC Registrants will be mentored by MOA officials who will be working with them in small groups during each short reffing session.

Kids will not be reffing alone, unless they are highly qualified and then they will still be mentored by a game present official.
