Serving Proudly As The Voice Of Valley County Since 1913

NAN Presents A Band Called Honalee At GHS Feb. 7

A Band Called Honalee believes the melodies and messages of the 1960s folk and folk/rock era are just as relevant today as they were when they were first sung, perhaps even more so. Their mission is to share this uniquely American music with new audiences, while rekindling the passion of long-time fans. Above all, they celebrate the undeniable ability of these songs to inspire people and bring them together once again.

Following in the footsteps of Peter, Paul & Mary, A Band Called Honalee got its start in the heart of New Year City's East Village in 2009. Since then, they have pursued an active touring schedule around the country.

They will be performing at Glasgow High School on Tuesday, Feb. 7, at 7 p.m. Tickets are available at the door.

This event is made possible in part through grant support from the Montana Cultural Trust, Montana Arts Council, National Endowment for the Arts, the Montana Performing Arts Consortium and WESTAF.

And by: Albertsons, Coca-Cola Bottling, Glasgow, Cottonwood Inn & Suites, D & G Sports and Western, Knierim Law Firm, Markle's Inc, Opportunity Bank, Reynolds, Rundle Suites, Thrivent Financial and Western Drug.
