Pictured are just a few of the Nativity scenes that were on display at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Glasgow on Dec. 11 during their annual Nativity Open House.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Airport Road in Glasgow provided holiday cheer during their seventh annual Nativity Open House on Dec. 11. In addition to perusing a variety of different nativity seasons, guests were treated to musical talents from local artists, including instrumental and singing. There was also an arts and crafts station for the children.
On display were Nativity scenes that spanned the globe with some crafted by Israeli Olive Wood while others were crafted in Russia, South America and all over Europe. The event also spanned all age groups, with a room dedicated to kids, which included Playskool and a Veggie Tales-themed Nativity.
This year's event was different than years' past as it was only held for one evening as opposed to over a three day span.
