Calendar of Upcoming Events in the Area

The Valley County Pioneer Museum hours are Wednesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Nemont Manor has activities scheduled throughout the month. If you would like a calendar, please contact 406-228-4306 or e-mail [email protected] and they will mail one to you. Events are also listed below.

Through the winter, people can coordinate with staff to visit weekdays at the Fort Peck Interpretive Center by prior appointment only. Call the Interpretive Center at 406-526-3493.

Thursday, Oct. 27

9:30 a.m. - Nashua Senior Center Coffee Hour

4:30 p.m. - NorVal Electric Cooperative 14th Annual Meeting at the Glasgow Civic Center. Registration starts at 4:30 p.m., catered dinner is at 5:30 p.m. with business meeting at 6:30 p.m. Please bring your unexpired, nonperishable food items for our annual food drive and receive a gift from us.

Friday, Oct. 28

5 – 7 p.m. - VFW Post 3107 October Steak Fry at the Glasgow VFW. Students from the Church of the Latter Day Saints will be serving.

6:30 – 9:30 p.m. - Dave Pippin Band at the new community room at Nemont Manor

Saturday, Oct. 29

10 a.m. - 6 p.m. - Pharm406 Vaccine Clinic at Reynolds Market.

5 p.m. - FMDH Foundation Annual Dinner Halloween Costume Party at the Glasgow Elks Lodge. Prizes will be awarded for best male and female costumes. All are welcome. $30 per person which includes one Bloody Mary and dinner.

5 – 7 p.m. - Reynolds Trunk O Treat in the Reynolds Parking Lot. Set up starts at 4 p.m. with Trunk O Treating from 5 to 7. There will be lots of activities and fun.

5 – 8 p.m. - Halloween Party at the Children’s Museum. $3 per person with funds being used to help replace the old interior lights.

Sunday, Oct. 30

10 a.m. - 6 p.m. - Pharm406 Vaccine Clinic at Reynolds Market.

1 p.m. - 2022 7th Annual Monster Dash at Sullivan Park by the Glasgow Recreation Department. Registration starts at 1 p.m. with the race starting at 2 p.m.

1 – 3 p.m. - Hot Chocolate Bar at Glasgow Reynolds Market

5 – 7 p.m. - Glasgow High School Haunted Hay Ride at Sullivan Park Trail. 5 to 6 p.m., will be the not so scary, 6 to 7:15 p.m., will be for the not weak of heart or bladder. The cost is $1 per body.

Monday, Oct. 31

9 a.m. to 8 p.m. - Halloween photos taken at The Glasgow Courier. with Special Treats for those in costume.

4 – 6 p.m. - Come trick or treating with the Nemont Manor residents.

4 p.m. - Opheim 4-H Halloween Party at the Opheim School Gymnasium.

4 - 6 p.m. - Trick Or Treating At Valley View Home, 1225 Perry Lane. Residents will be handing out candy and cookies as well as warm drinks will be available for everyone.

5 – 7 p.m. - Glasgow High School Key Club and Student Council will be trick or treating for the Valley Community Foot Bank.

7 – 10 p.m. - Trunk Or Treat at the St. Marie Fire Hall, 503 Ave. F., St. Marie.

Tuesday, Nov. 1

Noon – Two Rivers Economic Growth Annual Meeting at the Cottonwood Inn and Suites. Join us for lunch and discussion about the last year and plans for the future.

2 p.m. - Wildflower Reflections and Estate and Legacy Planning at the Cottonwood Inn. Register by calling the Extension Office 228-6241.
