This match was the best match we have put together so far this season from the start to the finish. Our setters did a good job of mixing up the sets and getting hitters the ball where they needed it.

In this match, we looked like we just took a very long bus ride to North Dakota got off, and tried to play. MonDak is extremely good from the service line which is their strength and it exposed our weakness of passing. After we settled in and got our passing down then our game came around in the third set and we looked like our Thursday night match.

Going into the match I knew this was going to be a battle. After the first set when we lost we said we are only beating ourselves out there and we fixed some communication errors and passing and got into a better flow. At the end of the second set we had an injury that we had to make some adjustments for and I was super proud of the kids who stepped into those roles and played confident and got us a victory.
