Victim Specialist Jewel Etherington and Patrolman Norman Dick spoke to the kindergarten through fifth-grade students at Irle Elementary on Sept. 22 about strangers and who the safe adults are in their lives. The Glasgow Police Department stresses to talk to your children of all ages and have these important conversations, especially teaching them who they can turn to when they need help.
