Northwest Farm Credit Services Awards VC Students Scholarships

Northwest Farm Credit Services (FCS) has awarded Emmalynn Page, daughter of Matthew and Angie Page, of Glasgow, and Benjamin Miller, son of Matthew and Lynn Miller, of Glasgow, each a $2,500 undergraduate college scholarship. Page has plans to attend South Dakota State University while Miller is attending Montana State University.

These scholarships are awarded to high school and college students of Northwest FCS customers and their employees who are attending classes in the fall of 2022. Additional scholarships are also awarded to sons and daughters of Northwest FCS employees, Any career field or major is eligible.

Elizabeth Page, also daughter of Matthew and Angie Page, was awarded a graduate scholarship in the amount of $2,500. She has plans to attend the University of Mary in the fall. Two graduate scholarships are awarded to graduate school students who are enrolled in graduate-level courses and plan to use their education to make a positive impact in the rural community. Any career field or major is eligible.

This year Northwest FCS has awarded 94 students from its five-state territory a total of $235,000 scholarships. In Montana, 17 scholarship program winners each received a $2,500 college scholarship. Since the program began in 2007, Northwest FCS has awarded over $2 million in scholarships to 1,077 Northwest students.
