Glasgow Reds Alumni Game

Past, present and future Reds baseball players hit Bill Connors Field June 18 during the Glasgow High School All-Class Reunion. Lacking the players necessary to field two full teams – and who can blame an alumnus for avoiding the sun Saturday? - alumni recruited some current Reds players as well as up-and-coming ballers to fill in.

Complete with safety equipment for those who had spent a bit of time away from the diamonds, the players hit the field to the delight of the crowd and proved that some skills never go away, namely smack talking.

Aside from the verbal showcase, the game also featured some spectacular plays, including beautiful hits, stolen bases and the elusive triple-play.
