In 2021, the Valley County Community Foundation donated $33,473 for several improvements. Over the past 21 years, VCCF has donated $366,587 in grants and scholarships.
“This year’s grants paid for all or part of each of these improvements,” said Doris Leader, VCCF chair. “With thanks to the many, many generous donors to the VCCF endowment, they became a reality. You can see how valuable these grants are at they strengthen our community and prepare it for the future.”

Improvements:
• New bleachers a the Glasgow Wrestling Club.
• New sound system for the chamber.
• AM Theatrical summer production of “Around the World in 80 Days... or 37.”
• New display case at Nashua School.
• New roof for Connections concession stand at county fairgrounds.
• New doors at Fort Peck Theatre.
• Design work for planned community swimming pool.
• Refurbishment of basketball and racquetball courts at the Rec Center in Fort Peck.
• New batting cage for Glasgow Reds.
