There were 17 motor vehicle stops, five dog/cat control calls, five animal control calls, four hazards, four assist citizen/public assists, three traffic control calls,two slide-offs, one system trouble, one disable motor vehicle, one inspection, one alarm, one abandoned vehicle, one suspicious activity and one assist other agency.
Monday, Dec. 6
• 1653 – Caller reported that there appears to be part of a vehicle at the corner of Ash and Walnut. She said there is also a vehicle in a field behind 190 Ash that appears to have crashed into some concrete. She doesn't know if anyone is in the vehicle. 1825 – An officer made it to Walnut and Ash and didn't see anything. Had to leave to respond to another call. 2303 – Per a deputy, vehicle is unoccupied and there are tracks in the snow. Likely happened recently.
• 1905 – Fed-Ex said they have a Fed-Ex panel van that slid into a telephone pole and is hung up on a guide wire. No injuries. The caller said there's no damage to the pole. The vehicle is out of the driving lane. A deputy advised there doesn't appear to be any damage to the pole but the vehicle is hung up on the guide wire. Requested that dispatch let Northwestern Energy know.
Wednesday, Dec. 8
• 0147 – RP reporting a lady in the bar that is very intoxicated and is making her feel uncomfortable and would like her removed. The person being looked for called and didn't know where she was, call mapped by the bars on 2nd Ave. S. She was very intoxicated from her voice and demeanor on the phone. Officers pulled up while she was on the phone.
Thursday, Dec. 9
• 2359 – Male RP called and asked if he could get a no-contact order tonight. Told him that would have to go through the court but would send an officer to speak with him. He says the suspect threatens to beat up the RP and is usually drunk when he makes these threats. RP feels his life is in danger and wants to take care of this now. Advised a deputy.
Friday, Dec. 10
• 1037 – Caller reported getting a weird phone call and voicemail. She said she didn't answer the call but the voicemail said something about this is her final notice to get in touch with them to settle a legal matter. She was told this is a scam and if she answers a phone call in the future to just hang up on them and not give them any personal information.
• 1653 – A female called in stating she sent a package to her granddaughter through UPS. The package was delivered to her old address. Her granddaughter went and spoke to the people at this address and they claim they never got a package. The RP believes this is theft and wants an officer to do something about it. 1800 – A female called in stating she talked to her boyfriend about this package and he told her he picked it up and told her where he put it, so she has it. Notified an officer.
• 2219 – Manager called in requesting a walk-through at DB's as there is someone in there they don't want to be there. She didn't know his name and she isn't there. The bartender called her about this subject. An officer confirmed the identity of the individual.
• 2347 – RCSO Dispatch called stating she has an officer en route to Frazer for a possible domestic. He is requesting an officer for backup. 2255 – RCSO dispatch called and said the deputy could stand down. Everything is 10-4.
Saturday, Dec. 11
• 0237 – An officer advised that he spoke to the bartender and she told him she saw a few people hop the fence and go into the smoke shack area. She chased them away and they said they were just trying to party. The officer is going to see if they're still there.
• 1318 – A female called in stating she is being harassed by her boyfriend's ex girlfriend. She gave the name of the suspect. An officer advised that after a phone call, there is more to the story and is headed there to speak with the involved party. An officer advised he is clear and will be issuing four citations.
• 1620 – A male came into the dispatch lobby wanting to speak to an officer about getting a green hydraulic floor jack back and a Scottie letterman jacket from in individual. He states the jack is in her car in the back. He doesn't want to create a problem, just wants his property back. 1706 – An officer advised he returned the car jack to the owner.
• 1711 – Caller advised someone took out some of his fence again.
Sunday, Dec. 12
• 0004 – Written warning for urinating in public was issued.
