911 Calls for Nov. 29 through Dec. 4

There were eight motor vehicle stops, three assist citizen/public assists, three dog/cat control calls, three traffic control calls, three hazards, two alarms, one abandoned vehicle, one parking violation, one inspection, one animal control call and one system trouble call.

Monday, Nov. 29

• 1234 – Anonymous caller stated there is a suspicious male walking toward the Milk River Bridge into town. The caller stated the male was walking from side to side like he was staggering.

Tuesday, Nov. 30

• 0013 – Caller reporting a domestic dispute.

Wednesday, Dec. 1

• 1229 – A female called in to report she had backed into a fence. She states she bent the fence a little but did more damage to her vehicle than the fence.

• 1952 – Caller reported that for three nights in a row, someone has been pounding on her doors and windows. She said they've been doing it non-stop tonight and she's not able to catch them.

Thursday, Dec. 2

• 0830 – Received a call requesting mutual aide for the Denton fire.

• 1127 – A female called in stating she wanted to report a hit and run. She said that a male came into the bank and told her that her vehicle had been hit. He told her this vehicle made a U-turn and in doing so hit her vehicle. Then this vehicle proceeded towards the underpass.

Friday, Dec. 4

• 1301 – Male called in to report he was backed into. No injuries and both parties are on scene.

• 1451 – A male called in stating he had just been involved in a minor MVA. He would like an officer to come out for a report, no injuries.

• 1507 – Caller reported a vehicle slid off the road into the ditch. She stated she was unable to stop safely to offer help. The caller also stated they thought they saw a female in the vehicle but it didn't appear to her that there was anything wrong with the exception of the slide off. A deputy advised she can see a couple of spots where people may have slid off the road, she was UTL.

• 1549 – A female called in stating she went off the road and got sucked into a ditch. Her tire is stuck in a culvert, no injuries, but the vehicle is at a pretty steep angle. She called back in and was concerned that the vehicle might roll as it was moving some. She said it was a really weird angle and she was scared it was going to roll. She already called Thompson and Sons and was told it would be a couple of hours before anyone could get to her. Dispatcher called and got Thompson and Sons to agree to find a driver to get out there sooner. A deputy requested a call out to a unit from LRFD to help stabilize the vehicle. Fire Chief called in and stated they got the page and would be headed that way. 1646 – Deputy advised Thompson's is on scene.

• 1706 – Two vehicles slid off the road. No injuries. FC advised they found the second vehicle.

• 1730 – Advised they are clear of this first vehicle now and out with a third vehicle about a ¼ mile from the other two. 1733 – Called MT DOT, he stated he has plows out on MT 24S at this time.
