Annual Nativity Open House

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints extends an invitation to all who would like to share in celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ with their annual Nativity Open House held from Dec. 1 through 3.

First presented locally in 2015, the tradition has been growing each year as community members willingly share their collections of Nativities for the public to enjoy.

While we expect to see some new ones, be assured some of the favorites from past displays will also be there. Some sets and ornaments are from Germany, Israel, South Africa, South America, and beautiful hand painted ones from right here in Glasgow. Coming in a variety of sizes, colors and numbers of figures as well. Some have been heirlooms in families and hold special memories.

Anyone who might have one he or she would like to offer for the temporary display is also encouraged to participate.

Bring them to the Chapel the evening of Nov. 30, 2021 from 6 to 8 pm. Or if you would like, contact Shelley Romo, 406-228-4271; Blaine White, 406-228-8361 or 801-885-7362 to make arrangements for them to be picked up.

The Open House will be held at the Chapel from 4-8 pm each of the three evenings, December 1-3, 2021. The address is 15 Airport Road with ample parking.
