The Frazer volleyball team may not have added any wins to their record this weekend, but the young team continues to gut it out on the court. Head coach Mary Zuchowski said, "No wins for us but the girls tried their hardest to make the other teams work for the points."
The Bearcubs had a whirlwind week, with three matches. Thursday, they hosted the Nashua Porcupines where the visitors won 25-13, 25-6, 25-8. On Friday, the Bearcubs traveled to Hinsdale to play the North Country Mavericks. The more experienced Mavericks team won the match in three sets 25-11, 25-7, 25-16. On Saturday, Frazer was in Plentywood to take on the highly-rated Wildcats. Plentywood won the match 25-6, 25-10, 25-5.
Frazer will host the Scobey Spartans this Saturday, Oct. 16 with games beginning at 2 p.m.
