911 Calls For Sept.13-19, 2021

There were 14 motor vehicle stops, five dog/cat control calls, five animal control calls, four hazards, four traffic control calls, three reports for record, two assists to other agencies, two public assists, one system trouble call and one alarm call.

Monday, Sept. 13

• 1251 – Caller reported a two vehicle accident. She states there are no injuries but the front of her vehicle is damaged. Caller stated she was backed into by the other vehicle. One cited for improper backing.

• 1323 – Caller states that when her husband went out to check the mail, they noticed the car had been broken into sometime since last night. The tape was broken and the glove compartment was scattered in the car. They are requesting an officer to respond.

• 1709 – Caller reported she has her property posted no trespassing. She said it appears a vehicle drove through her electric fence. There are orange flags on the vehicle. She doesn't see anyone around the vehicle. She doesn't believe this was an accident. She thinks they just drove through her fence.

Tuesday, Sept. 14

• 1945 – Caller reported there's a vehicle speeding around St. Marie. He said it ran a stop sign and sped off. He said the vehicle was going by again while on the phone.

• 2225 – Caller reported he hit a deer. No injuries. He's not sure if the deer is out of the driving lane or if it's dead. He has his flashers on. He said the entire right side of his light section is missing.

Wednesday, Sept. 15

• 1136 – Caller reported hitting a deer at a high speed. He stated he is not injured and he doesn't know if his vehicle is drivable or not.

• 1215 – A male called in to report a suspicious person. He stated this person is hiding in the trees on private property. 1259 – A deputy reported the biker is no longer at the scene, believed to have left 45 minutes ago.

Thursday, Sept. 16

• 1352 – A female called in stating she saw the vehicle she believed as from the Amber Alert from Roosevelt County. Notified LEOs. One checked to the edge of town and did not locate the vehicle. Called Phillips County and made them aware.

• 1636 – A male called in stating he has hit a white tail deer with his government vehicle. He is pulling a trailer. He has a co-worker coming to get the trailer. He also believes his vehicle may be disabled. He also stated the deer is dead. Dispatch asked him if he was injured, he said he is a little stiff but not bleeding so he doesn't think he needs an ambulance.

Friday, Sept. 17

• 1157 – A male called in requesting help with Fish and Game officers coming onto his land and posting block management signs for his neighbor. He states he has asked them many times to not come on his land to do this but to go to his neighbor's land to go post these signs as he is the one participating in the block management program, and yet they are still coming onto his land to post these signs. The caller states he has called their office many times also to advise them of this issue. He would like to speak to an officer to find out what else he can do to get them to stop coming on his land.

• 1627 – A female called in stating a male threw rocks at her car and is now trying to fight her husband. Notified RCSO Dispatch to send Tribal officers also to this call. 1700 – Advised the suspect took off running before the officers got there. He said Tribal hasn't arrived. Updated Roosevelt 911 of this information and requested they let their Tribal officers know.

• 2006 – Caller reported she hit a deer on the 4-lanes as she was leaving Glasgow. She thought she could make it home but now her vehicle is disabled. No injuries. She doesn't know if the deer is dead or if it's off the highway.

Saturday, Sept. 18

• 0317 – Caller reporting red glow. He can't tell if it is a vehicle with lights on or a fire.

Sunday, Sept. 19

• 0428 – Caller reporting a fire just to the north of her place. Looks like it is getting out of hand. She has her garden hose ready. No structures involved.
