Schmeckfest a Hit, 'As Per Usual'

Rosie Burns enjoyed her German Smorgasbord at Lustre Christian High School's 56th Annual German Festival of Tasting or Schmeckfest on March 26. The annual fundraiser put on to help the school served three COVID-19 aware sessions of food, a bake sale, curbside pick-up, live entertainment and even held a viewing of items for the online auction that wrapped up on Saturday, March 27. Rosie's mom, Kyla Burns, told the Courier, "It was great! Food was amazing, as per usual, and they did a great job of keeping to all the covid guidelines." She added that Rosie was also "really happy about the food" as shown here.
