Serving Proudly As The Voice Of Valley County Since 1913
The Glasgow City-County Public Library is happy to announce our next phase in reopening. The library is now open inside and will continue to offer curbside services. The library is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, closed on Saturdays.
Patrons are asked to please use the book drop to return items or return items on the designated cart which will be set aside when entering the library. Please do not return items to the circ desk because they are being cleaned and quarantined before checking-in and re-shelving.
Patrons are asked not to linger. Please drop off items and get what is needed.
Interlibrary loan services are paused until further notice. These valuable services will start when other libraries open back up to loaning and borrowing.
If you are uncomfortable coming inside the library, we are happy to fulfill your items at the curbside. Please make prior arrangements with us: call, email or submit and online hold.
Access to digital materials from Montanalibrary2GO will continue as unlimited.
Wi-Fi is always on and can be accessed from the curbside.
The copy machine, fax and printers are currently not accessible to the public. However, let library staff know what you need, and someone will be happy to help.
If you need proctoring services, please contact us to schedule an appointment.
The public computers and card catalog have been shut down temporarily. If there is something urgent and business related, patrons are asked to let the staff know.
Moving forward, as things progress, we will continue to do our best to keep you informed.
Please watch for updates on the upcoming plans we have for our Summer Reading Programs. We are offering virtual story time on our Facebook Page. Please look for more as we learn and grow virtually. We have new ideas and plans that we look forward to sharing with you.
If you have any questions, please contact us by phone: 228-2731 or email us through our website: http://www.glasgowlibrary.org.
We are so grateful to the support of our patrons and the people of Valley County. It has been great to see so many of you over the last few weeks as curbside has allowed us to be open at some capacity.
