Calling for Volunteers for Block Of Bucks Collection and Shopping

Volunteers are needed to help on Block of Bucks collection day, Friday, Dec. 6. Please contact Monica Garten at 230-1004 to sign up for a shift with each shift being one hour. Collection boxes will be at the corners of D & G and the U.S. Post Office.

All money collected is used to purchase warm clothing for children, infant to 17 years old. Soroptimists, with the assistance of volunteers, will oversee the shopping spree on Saturday, Dec. 7.

Volunteers are needed to help on this day also to help with the shopping. Any amount of volunteered time given would be greatly appreciated. Volunteers are asked to please check in at the Elks by 8:45 a.m.
