It's Pumpkin-Pie Time Again

It’s that favorite time of year for pumpkin enthusiasts. Some of us make our own pies, some enjoy pies someone else made, and yet others rely on the grocery store freezer for their annual pumpkin pie “fix”. If you are a “PUMPKIN PIE BAKER WANNA-BE," now is the season to come and learn to bake your own pumpkin pie. The timing is just right to bake a pie and serve it at Thanksgiving dinner.

Roubie Younkin will once again demonstrate the art of pie crust and pumpkin pie filling Monday, Nov. 25, at 6 p.m. in the Lutheran Church kitchen. There will be a $5 supplies fee.

Everyone is welcome to join in the fun and learning. Participants are asked to call the Extension Office at 228-6241 to register and for more information.
