For November and December, the Valley County Pioneer Museum is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from Noon to 4 p.m. The Museum will be closed the month of January.
The Fort Peck Interpretive Center is open during the month of November, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. Powerhouse tours are available with 48 hours notice to Interpretive Center. Must drive over, no walkers or bikers. Call 406-526-3493 for more information.
THURSDAY – NOV. 14
9:30 – 11:30 a.m. - Veteran Service Officers will be at Malta City Hall. Please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork (DD214).
3 p.m. - Valley County Transit Board meeting at 3 p.m. at the Valley County Transit office. Please use the back door/east entrance.
7-9 p.m. - Wheatgrass Arts & Gallery Sip ‘N Paint. This month’s project is creating your own design on your choice of various bisqueware pieces, latte bar mugs, coffee mugs, spoon rests or flower pot.
SATURDAY – NOV. 16
10 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - A Day of Education – A lunch and learn session at the Valley County Senior Center, 328 4th Street S., Glasgow.
4 p.m. - MSU Bobcat Tailgate Party at the Cottonwood. All are welcome to come and enjoy food, fun and watch the Bobcat/UC Davis Game.
SUNDAY – NOV. 17
Noon – 1 p.m. - Bryce Bennett, Democratic Candidate for Secretary of State will host a meet and greet in the Milk River Activity Room, 219 2 Ave. S. Open to the public.
2 p.m. - Pinochle the first and third Sunday at the Glasgow Senior Center. All are welcome.
TUESDAY – NOV. 19
Noon – 4 p.m. - Valley Community Food Bank, located at 1020 1st Ave. N., is open the third Tuesday of every month. For more info., contact Nancy Bowman, 263-1253, or Pat Hallett, 263-3353.
Noon – Fort Peck Senior Citizens Monthly Potluck at the Fish Hatchery.
5 p.m. - Valley County Refuse District #1 meeting in the Community Room of the Courthouse. The Valley County Refuse District meets the third Tuesday of the month.
6 p.m. - Valley County Museum Board Meeting at the museum library.
WEDNESDAY - NOV. 20
1 p.m. - VCCOA Board Meeting at the Senior Citizen Center in Glasgow.
