Fifth Annual Paint Run/Walk

The Paint Run/Walk is a 2.5 mile, untimed event highlighted by participants being sprayed with powdered paint at various points along the course. This is a fundraiser for the Warriors on the Water Project, jointly sponsored by the Glasgow High School Student Council and the Glasgow Recreation Department.

The race course begins in front of the Glasgow Civic Center and proceeds north for two blocks before turning left and heading west on 2nd Ave South. At the edge of town, participants will turn left and follow the Levee around the south side of Glasgow; the course will then pass behind the hospital and the Glasgow Civic Center; at the corner of 2nd Ave. South participants will turn left and pass in front of the Milk River Activity Center, the Glasgow Police Department, Glasgow Elks and finish in the parking lot across the street from the Elks.

All participants are required to check in prior to the race at the Glasgow Civic Center staging area. Race officials will be present at 6 a.m. for check-ins. Participants are asked to wear a white T-shirt. The race will be held on schedule regardless of weather conditions. Alcohol is not permitted.

Entry fees are $25 for Early Bird Entry (through Aug. 1) and $30 for late entry (after Aug. 1). The entry fee includes a Paint Run/Walk Race T-shirt.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. at the Glasgow Civic Center, Saturday, Aug. 10, and the run/walk begins at 9 a.m.
