Register for the 21st Annual FMDH Foundation Open Golf Tourney

For the past 20 years, the FMDH Foundation has held the Foundation’s Open Golf Tournament as its major annual fundraising event. The date for this year’s tournament has been set for Sunday, June 9, at Sunnyside Golf and Country Club in Glasgow. The entrants must be over the age of 18.

The tournament will be a straight scramble. There will be a maximum of 28 - four-person teams this year. The entry fee is $300 per team. There will be five team cash payouts (Net), as well as additional prizes on every hole.

The registration entry fee includes green fees, a continental breakfast, box lunch, and a BBQ dinner served immediately following the tournament. The cash prizes, and various hole prizes, are all donated by businesses throughout the area. It is only through their generosity that the FMDH Foundation can sponsor this great tournament.

Not only is this a fun event but, most importantly the event supports the Foundation’s mission to provide quality medical services in this area The Foundation’s support is felt in all departments of the hospital, throughout our community, as well as our medical student scholarships.

We hope you will join with the Foundation to make this year’s tournament another tournament to remember. This year all proceeds will be going towards the construction of a new ambulance barn.
