Serving Proudly As The Voice Of Valley County Since 1913
Ready to escape the news cycle? Get ready for a Fallback Friday live at the Cottonwood Inn & Suites next Friday, May 17. Saved by the Comedy will be in town with their ‘90s throwback comedy show “that’s all that and a bag of potato chips.” Rene Garcia, Lukas Seely, Edi Z., John Brickley and Conner Roma will make you bust a gut with their stand-up, improv, sketches and song parodies.
Starting at 8 p.m., kick back in your Docs and flannel and enjoy the show. The first 100 people at the door will receive a free slap bracelet. Seely brings some local flavor to the group, being raised in Billings, Mont. Garcia has been featured on Showtime and MTV, while Edi Z. is an actor, movie producer and writer.
This event was organized by Travis Rhoads, owner of Montarctica, a lifestyle brand showcasing the best in comedy, music, action sports, and outdoor lifestyle. “I’ve been bringing shows to northern Montana now for 10 years. And this will be my first comedy promotion in Glasgow. I’m super excited to bring this level of talent up to the middle of nowhere. These comedians have played in the biggest comedy rooms in Hollywood and all over the country.” Montarctica also hosts a podcast, and records and produces music out of Malta, Mont.
Tickets and tables are available at http://www.montarctica.com or at the door. For any questions or to purchase tickets over the phone, call 406-301-2017. Prices range from $20 up to $300. (Potato chips not included.)
