St Raphael's Mardi Gras Carnival Draws a Crowd in From the Cold

Members of Cub Scout Pack #898 man the pirate treasure chest at St. Raphael's Mardi Gras Carnival on March 3. According to organizers, the event drew a large crowd seeking fun and games out of the harsh winds and negative temps. In all it raised roughly $4,000 for the Church's Youth Ministry programs.
