19U Ice Dawgs Recognize Seniors

Drop One Contest to Bismarck

The 19U Ice Dawgs hosted the Bismarck Capitals in one game at the Valley Event Center on Feb. 17.

The Lady Ice Dawgs were unable to out-score their opponent and lost by two goals, 3-1.

While Bismarck lit the lamp three times early in the game, Glasgow was not able to answer until the final period of the game when Katie Kaiser found the back of the net for her team, denying a shut-out for Bismarck. The game was light on penalties as well, with each team picking up just three each.

Senior goalie Kassie Moore was busy blocking shots at the net and racked up 46 saves in the game.

Prior to the mid-day contest, the senior skaters for Glasgow's 19U team were honored. Skating their final home game were Katie Kaiser, Lexie Pehlke, Kassie Moore, Devon Johnson, Emily Kolstad and Amy Ruggles.
