The Fort Peck Interpretive Center is open Tuesday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

WEDNESDAY – NOV. 7

5:30 – 6:45 p.m. - Adult Only Skating the first Wednesday of each month at the Valley Event Center. No registration is necessary.

THURSDAY – NOV. 8

3 p.m. - Valley County Transit Board meeting at the Valley County Transit office. Please use the back door/east entrance.

FRIDAY – NOV. 9

2:30 – 4 p.m. - Valley View Nursing Home Annual Harvest Festival at Valley View Home.

SATURDAY – NOV. 10

MARINE CORPS BIRTHDAY

10 – 11 a.m. - Learn to Play Hockey Event at the Valley Event Center.

10 a.m. - Try Hockey for Free – Pucks and Pancakes at the Valley Event Center. Pancakes will be served starting at 10 a.m., and ice time starts at 11:30 a.m.

Noon – MSU Bobcat Tailgate Party/Military Appreciation at the Cottonwood Inn. Brisket and pulled port will be served. $15 per plate, with no charge for military personnel.

VETERANS DAY

7 – 10 a.m. - Eighth Annual Veterans Day Breakfast at the VFW Hall in Glasgow.

10:30 a.m. - Veterans Day Program at Glasgow Civic Center.

11 a.m. - Opheim Veterans Day Program at Opheim Community Church.

Noon – 3 p.m. - Potluck Dinner honoring Veterans and their families at the Nashua Senior Citizen Center. Those attending are asked to bring a side dish or desert to share.

MONDAY – NOV. 12

Valley County Courthouse Is Closed in Observance of Veterans Day.

4:30 – 6:30 p.m. - November Indian Taco Supper at Nashua Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.

TUESDAY – NOV. 13

3 – 4 p.m. - Informational Meeting about TransCanada’s 2018 and early 2019 activities for the Keystone XL Pipeline Project at the Rundle Suites.

5:30 p.m. - Valley County Democrats meet in the City Council Room of the Civic Center the second Tuesday of each month. All meetings are open to the public.

WEDNESDAY – NOV. 14

1-4 p.m. - Veteran Service Officers will be at the Glasgow VA Clinic. Please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork (DD 214).

6 p.m. - Glasgow School Board regularly scheduled meeting at the Glasgow Middle School.

THURSDAY – NOV. 15

9:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. - Veteran Service Officers will be at the Malta City Hall. Please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork (DD 214).

7 p.m. - Sit ‘n Paint hosted by Wheatgrass Arts & Gallery. Participants will paint a mug.
