7 – 10 a.m. - Valley County Senior Citizens serve breakfast at Glasgow Senior Citizen Center. All are welcome.
9 a.m .- 1 p.m. - Flea Market/Bazaar at the Valley County Senior Center, 328 4th Street S.
9 a.m. - Noon – Rummage Bag Sale at St. Raphael’s.
9:30 a.m. - Nemont Telephone Cooperative 68th Annual Membership Meeting. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m., followed by the meeting at 10:30 a.m.
11 a.m.- 2 p.m. - Town and Country 35th Anniversary Sale. Free polish dogs and soda will be served.
4 p.m. - 50th Anniversary Celebration for Francis and Sandy Laumeyer at Vick’s Bar in Nashua.
5 – 7 p.m. – Opheim Development, Inc. Steak Fondue at the Opheim Park. In case of inclement weather, the event will be held in the school’s auditorium.
5:30 p.m. - FMDH Foundation Corral to Community Event at the Busted Knuckle Brewery.

4:30 – 6:30 p.m. - Indian Taco Supper at Nashua Our Redeemer Lutheran Church. Free-will offering.
TUESDAY – OCT. 9
2 – 4 p.m. - Social hour at the Nashua Senior Center.
5 p.m. - First Lutheran Preschool Taco Fest in the basement of First Lutheran Church.
5:30 – 8 p.m. - Parenting Classes, Parenting the Love and Logic Way at the Children’s Museum in Glasgow.
5:30 - 7:30 p.m. - Glasgow and Long Run Fire Department Open House at the Valley Event Center. Hot dogs, pop, and chips will be served at no charge. Fire trucks and engine set-up will be available for children to see.
5:30 p.m. - Valley County Democrats meet in the City Council Room of the Civic Center the second Tuesday of each month. All meetings are open to the public.
WEDNESDAY – OCT. 10
1-4 p.m. - Veteran Service Officers will be at the Glasgow VA Clinic. Please bring a copy of your discharge paperwork (DD 214).
