The four runs for Glendive would not be enough to catch up to Glasgow, however, as the Reds tacked on another six runs in the fifth and final inning. Following a sacrifice bunt by Lipszyc that plated two runners, Aune stepped up and hit a double to center field, bringing home Thompson.
A string of walks and hit by pitches loaded the bases for Guttenberg for his at-bat. With a triple hit to left field, he drove in the last three runs of the contest.
