THURSDAY – MAY 10

9:30 a.m. - The Nashua Community is invited to the Ladies’ Coffee Hour every Thursday at the Nashua Senior Center.

12:15 p.m. - Weight Watchers begins a new 26-week series at the FMDH South Wing Conference Room There will be two meeting times at 12:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., every Thursday until Nov. 1. For more info., call Julie Lawson at 228-3626 with any questions.

3 p.m. - Valley County Transit Board meeting at the Valley County Transit office. Use the back door/east entrance.

6 p.m. - GHS Class of 1978 reunion meeting at Sam and Jeff’s. All classmates are encouraged to attend.

7 p.m. - The Cold Hard Cash Show at the GHS Auditorium. For tickets call 406-885-1065.

FRIDAY – MAY 11

Noon – Nashua Senior Citizen Association monthly meeting at the senior center in Nashua. A potluck meal will precede the meeting.

SATURDAY – MAY 12

U.S. Post Office Mail Carriers will be collecting food for the Valley County Food Bank. Leave non-perishable food items by mailboxes for collection.

10 a.m. - Valley Care Coalition Walk to bring awareness to Mental Health. It will start at the Valley Event Center and then the group will walk to the Civic Center.

SUNDAY – MAY 13

Mother’s Day

10 a.m. - Episcopal Workship Service at 2 Lakeview Drive, St. Marie. If you have any questions, call Alice Hawkins at 524-3397.

2 p.m. - Voice Recital performance by students of Colleen Thompson at First Lutheran Church in Glasgow. The students range in age from 6 to 60 plus. There will be a reception following the recital.

MONDAY – MAY 14

Glasgow Irrigation District will begin flushing the canal to prepare for irrigation season. Please remove any fences and debris.

5 p.m. - Opheim Regular Board Meeting in the Home Ec. Room.

7 p.m. - Glasgow High School Spring Concert at Glasgow High School Auditorim.

TUESDAY – MAY 15

9:30 a.m. - Water & Sewer Board meeting in St. Marie.

10 a.m. - Designated Highway Cleanup by the Fort Peck Senior Citizens. Meet at the Fish Hatchery at 10 to begin. Any questions, call 526-3237.

Noon - 4 p.m. - Valley Community Food Bank, serving only Valley County residents, located at 1020 1st Ave. No., is open the third Tuesday of every month. For more info., call Nancy Bowman at 263-1253.

6 p.m. - Opheim School Play in the school gymnaisum.

7 p.m. - St. Marie Fire Board Meeting in St. Marie.

WEDNESDAY – MAY 16

1 – 4 p.m. - Veteran Affairs Officers will be in Glasgow at the VA Clinic If bad weather exists on days of travel, stay tuned to the local radio stations for updated information

2–4 p.m. - Business Plan Development Class at Glasgow Senior Center, 328 4th Ave. S.

THURSDAY – MAY 17

9 a.m. - St. Marie Condo Board special meeting with the regular meeting following at 10 a.m.

9:30 – 11:30 a.m. - Veteran Affairs Officers will be in Malta at the Malta City Hall.

9:30 a.m. - The Nashua Community is invited to the Ladies’ Coffee Hour every Thursday at the Nashua Senior Center.
