The Glasgow Police Department is investigating a combined theft and act of vandalism reported Dec. 16 at Scottie Carwash on Highway 2 in Glasgow. According to the report, the incident occurred sometime between Dec. 15 and 16. The GPD’s Brien Gault told us that two inflatable Minion decorations were stolen by two individuals in a dark-colored vehicle with four doors. The individuals also damaged other seasonal decorations. A $1,000 reward is being offered to anyone with information leading to arrests. Please call the GPD at 228-8050 or dispatch at 228-4333 with any tips.

William Kratzer was arrested on Dec. 16 on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs (meth), intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor. Kratzer was previously arrested Nov. 14 and charged with felony strangulation of a partner or family member. He was released on a $25,000 bond following the Nov. 14 arrest. As of press time, he is in custody at the Valley County Detention Center.
