7 p.m. - Long-term care ombudsman Glenna Chapman presents “Navigating the Uncharted Journey” at the Valley County Senior Citizen Center.
THURSDAY - NOV. 9
9:30 a.m. - The Nashua Community is invited to the Ladies’ Coffee Hour every Thursday at the Nashua Senior Center.
3 p.m. - The Valley County Transit Board will meet at the Valley County Transit office (use the back door/east entrance).
6 – 8 p.m. - Glasgow Climate Science Forum at the Fort Peck Interpretive Center and Museum.
7 – 8 p.m. - Grief Support Group, GriefShare, at the Glasgow Evangelical Church every Thursday through Dec. 21. Call the church office at 228-2755 with any questions.
FRIDAY – NOV. 10
Valley County Courthouse will be closed in honor of Veterans Day.
12 Noon – Nashua Senior Citizens’ potluck meal with a meeting to follow every second Friday at the Nashua Senior Center. All seniors welcome.
SATURDAY – NOV. 11
7 – 9 a.m. - 7th Annual Veterans Day Breakfast at VFW Hall in Glasgow. RSVP by calling the VFW Hall at 228-2135 by Nov. 10.
10 a.m. - 3 p.m. - Nashua Lions Club Fall Bazaar and Craft Show at the Nashua Civic Center.
10:30 a.m. - Veterans Day Program at the Glasgow Civic Center, followed by a potluck at noon.
11 a.m. - Veterans Day Program at Opheim school gymnasium. Guest speaker will be Opheim High School 2006 graduate Drew Komrosky.
4 p.m. - MSU Bobcat Club will be hosting a military appreciation BBQ for all veterans at the Cottonwood Inn. Members of the local Bobcat Club will be serving BBQ brisket and pulled pork along with all the sides. All Bobcat fans are invited and the charge will be $15 per person for all non-veterans.
7 – 10 p.m. - Bingo at the Glasgow Senior Citizens Center. Quarter a card or five cards for a dollar.
SUNDAY – NOV. 12
10 a.m. - Ecumenical Worship Services will be held at 2 Lakeview Drive. Questions, call Alice at 524-3397.
3 p.m. - Prairie Symphonette Winter Concert in the Scobey High School Gym. There is no admission and refreshments will be served following the concert.

MONDAY – NOV. 13
4:30-6:30 p.m. - Indian Taco Supper at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church Social Hall in Nashua. Free will offering; take-outs available; everyone welcome. (No tacos in December. Next supper Jan. 8, 2018).
6 p.m. - Scottie Wrestling Meeting for parents and wrestlers in room #1 at Glasgow High School.
TUESDAY – NOV. 14
5:30 p.m. - Milk River Inc. 14th Annual Fundraiser at the Cottonwood Inn. Social and viewing of the live and silent auction items begin at 5:30 p.m., followed by dinner and auction at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $20 each and can be picked up at the Milk River Activity Center, 219 2nd Ave S., or call 228-8412.
6 p.m. - Scottie Boys’ Basketball meeting for parents and players in room #1 at Glasgow High School. Scottie Girls’ Basketball parent meeting will be in the GHS cafeteria.
WEDNESDAY – NOV. 15
10:30 – 11:30 a.m. - Veteran Affairs Officers will be in Glasgow at Prairie Ridge Village for a Veteran’s Benefits Seminar.
1 – 4 p.m. - Veteran Affairs Officers will be in Glasgow at the VA Clinic. If bad weather exists on days of travel, stay tuned to the local radio stations for updated information
THURSDAY – NOV. 16
