2017 Montana Governor's Cup Walleye Tournament Winners

Sam Lawson (left) and Clay Kittleson (right) are the winners of the 2017 Montana Governor's Cup Walleye Tournament. The duo finished the weekend with 52.84 lbs. of walleye and earned $15,000 in prize money. The tournament, which is in its 30th year, was held in Fort Peck July 7 and 8, with 200 teams participating. Making appearances at the event were Montana Governor Steve Bullock and newly elected Congressman Greg Gianforte.
