5:30 p.m. - Valley County Democrats’ County Convention in the Community Room at the Valley County Courthouse. More info, 263-1940.
6-8 p.m. - Public Meeting at the Fort Peck Interpretive Center to discuss aquatic invasive mussel larvae detection in Tiber Reservoir.
THURSDAY – MAY 18
4-5 p.m. - Democrat Rob Quist will be visiting the Loaded Toad coffee shop. He will meet with voters and supporters. The event is free.
7 p.m. - There will be a meeting at Queen of Angels to work on plans for the 100th anniversary, which will take place in September.
FRIDAY – MAY 19
6:30 p.m. - Slide show for Nashua HS with Graduation at 7 p.m. The Lions Club members will serve cake, etc. at the reception that will be held at the Civic Center following graduation.
11 a.m. - 3 p.m. - Highway 2 Association’s Annual Meeting at the Cottonwood Inn, Glasgow. RSVP by May 17 at 406-262-2346 or [email protected].
SATURDAY – MAY 20
7 a.m. - 10 a.m. - Pancake Breakfast at the Valley County Senior Center, Glasgow. $5 person and $7.50 for big appetites.
10 a.m. - 2 p.m. - Free Introduction to Quickbooks Course available at Fort Peck Community College, 301 Benton St., Wolf Point campus. For more info. 406-653-2590.
5 p.m. - There will be a benefit for Heather Fox to help with medical costs at the Glasgow Elks Lodge. A silent auction will be followed by a free-will offering Taco Bar. A live auction will begin at 7:30 p.m. with music to follow. For more info. contact Alicia 263-4505.
5-8 p.m. - Saint Marie Fire Department “Tentative” Structure Training Saturday, May 20 and 27. Please check with Chief Esaias at 524-8113 or Assistant Chief Aho at 263-9733. There might be some last-minute changes in the schedule this month.
11 a.m. - Opheim High School Graduation.
SUNDAY – MAY 21
11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. - A Ham Dinner served at the Nashua Senior Center to support the Center. These meals will be every third Sunday. Cards and games will be played following the meal.

2 p.m. - Elementary Awards and sixth-grade graduation at Opheim School.
7 p.m. - The Glasgow Middle School Spring Music Concert in the GHS Auditorium.
TUESDAY – MAY 23
5:30 p.m. - Annual Glasgow Griz Gathering at the Elk’s Lodge. Social will start at 5:30 with a taco bar served at 6 p.m. Cost of the meal is $10 per person. Please RSVP for the meal to Pete Helland at 228-9331 days or 228-2008 in the evening before May 20. Come and hear about the upcoming season from the Griz head coaches and athletic staff.
5:45 p.m. - Glasgow Downtown Association Meeting at Busted Knuckle Brewery
6 p.m. - Opheim School Spring Music Concert and Academic Fair at OHS.
7 p.m. - The Northeast Montana Land and Mineral Owners Association meeting at the Community Center in Froid. Anyone with oil- and gas-related questions is encouraged to attend. The meeting is open to the public.

6 p.m. - Hi-Line Sportsmen monthly business meeting at the Glasgow Elks. The public is welcome to attend. The Hi-Line Sportsmen meet monthly on the third Wednesday of each month.
